Netflix is gearing up to unveil its much-anticipated documentary, "The Indrani Mukerjea Story: Buried Truth," on February 23. In collaboration with MakeMake and the India Today Group, the docu-series delves into the gripping narrative surrounding the notorious murder case of Sheena Bora and the subsequent arrest of media executive Indrani Mukerjea, along with her husband, media tycoon Peter Mukerjea, in 2015.

The documentary promises to unravel the layers of this sensational crime, featuring insights from Indrani Mukerjea herself, as well as her children, Vidhie Mukherjea and Mikhail Bora. Accompanied by veteran journalists and lawyers, the series aims to shed light on the intricate dynamics of a dysfunctional family and the complex motivations behind the shocking events.

Helmed by directors Shaana Levy and Uraaz Bahl, the production is in the capable hands of producer Terry Leonard.
